DELIVERY POLICY

TakeTwoOnline.com will normally send your order within 2 - 3 days, however, please allow up to two weeks as we may be building your order custom, depending upon colors and fabric chosen.

RETURN POLICY

(1) Items may be returned for exchange for credit against a future order only! No cash refunds will be issued. Items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of shipment. Items must be returned in original condition, never worn or otherwise soiled.

(2) If you order the wrong size, the wrong color, or if you just don't like what you bought, we will be happy to exchange your item(s). There will be a re-shipping fee depending on the items purchased. Of course, if we ship you the wrong item, we will exchange it at no additional cost.

(3) The customer must call taketwoonline.com at 1-800 894-4287 prior to sending the item(s) that you intend to return or exchange and obtain an "authorization number" that must be clearly placed on or inside the shipping box. All returned item(s) received by taketwoonline.com without the "authorization number" will not be accepted.

(4) We make every effort to process your exchange in a timely manner. You can expect your exchange to be returned within two (2) weeks from the time we recieve your return back at taketwoonline.com.
